Check-In
You can move into the apartment from 15.00h. Earlier arrival times must be agreed with our staff. You are welcome to contact us by telephone or e-mail. The same applies to the storage of luggage before 15.00h.

Check-Out
You have the possibility to check out until 11.00 am. Please put the used towels in the shower / bathtub. Please leave the apartment swept clean. If any equipment or furnishings have been broken, please let us know at short notice so that we can provide replacements (also for the next guests).

Independent check-in option
Our apartments are equipped with a self-check-in facility. This offers you maximum flexibility, e.g. with your arrival time. A prerequisite for using the self-check-in is full prepayment of your accommodation costs.
And this is how it works: There is a key safe with a numerical code at the entrance to each house. The key safe is marked with the name of the apartment you have booked. You will receive the code and instructions for self-check-in in a separate e-mail after your booking, at the latest 4 days before your arrival.
